Why we started

After over a decade of solid experience in the banking and real estate sectors, in 2018 attorneys Andrea Mannocci and Federica Malacarne chose to focus their practice on legal protection in real estate for foreign investors. This decision stemmed from their observation that international buyers and investors often face significant legal exposure and uncertainty when approaching the Italian property market.

The firm was established with the goal of applying insights gained from analyzing the recurring mistakes made by foreign investors. Their research identified a range of common issues encountered during property acquisitions in Italy, including challenges related to visas and residency permits, complications in banking and financial transactions, unclear legal frameworks around property rights and purchasing procedures, inadequate contractual safeguards, ambiguous sales conditions, and confusion regarding
